Priscilla  will be teaching three workshops at Quilt Canada 2024 in Edmonton next June, so this is your chance to get to know her.A warm welcome to Vanessa Genier, the  newest Board member.Vanessa has taken on the role of CQA/ACC Vice President.Attention CQA/ACC Member Guilds – it is that time of year to renew or sign up for the CQA/ACC Group insurance Program for our guilds.The JN Harper Youth Challenge is back in 2024. It’s time to request a fat eighth of fabric for the young quilter you would like to mentor.The 2024 Quilt Canada Teachers are now on the website.The TrendTex Challenge  kits are now on sale for members.Call for groups or organizations to apply to be a Quilt Canada 2024Concurrent Show in Edmonton.The 2024 National Juried Show Call for Entry is now available on the website.CQA/ACC continues to look for a qualified candidate for the Communications Director position of the Board of Directors. In addition there are many provinces and territories requiring Regional Representatives.As always, we look forward to your feedback. Is this the year you enter the National Juried Show?
This year categories for both Wearables and Miniatures will be available to enter.
In addition, the category for quilts made from Patterns/Books/Magazines or Social Media has been divided into two categories: one for bed quilts and one for wall hangings.
A new Award of Excellence has been added for an entry from an Alberta quilt maker.
